Some useful tips to exercise safely

  • Be aware of your body:If something doesn’t feel right, stop immediately and seek medical advice. Hold off on exercise when you’re sick or feeling very fatigued.
  • Stay hydrated: You can lose around one and a half litres of fluid for every hour of exercise; so drink water before, during and after a session.
  • Stretch properly and calmly after the exercise: Stretching relaxes your tired and tensed muscles. Stretching in the end of the exercise fastens the recovery process and balances the body’s metabolism.
  • Check your gear: Make sure your shoes and equipment fit properly and are right for the activity. Look after your equipment and check it and regularly for safety.

 

Basic housekeeping rules

hotesse-et-horaire At the beginning of every class, a host(ess) will be welcoming you and validating your access. Please make sure you have your access card with you and arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class.
  For indoor activities, we kindly request you to only use indoor sport shoes.
    In order to prevent any robbery, we recommend that you bring your personal effects in the room and not leave personal belongings in the cloakroom.
